Conversion of the old George Centre from offices into residential. The designs respect the original detailing and features of the old building while stripping back some of the rather heavy handed changes made when it was converted into offices.

The new interventions work with the building fabric to create a set of unique and distinctive flats and houses in the main building and the coach house to the rear. There will be 8 new 1 and 2 bedroom flats in the conversion of the main George Centre building and 2 semi-detached cottages in the old coach house. The works also repair and reinstate old features.
