Houghton Farm is a development of 13 new dwellings designed in a rural vernacular in the village of Houghton. The scheme includes the conversion of former agricultural buildings into residential. The dwellings are arranged aorund a central 'farm' yard which is landscaped to soften the impact of parking. Houses are designed using materials and details drawn from the local context to help the development sit well in its setting.
