WLA have been delighted to be involved with the high-specification re-modelling of this rural home in Hampshire. Radical internal re-planning and extensive re-elevating of the exterior has transformed a dated and uninspiring 1980’s 1.5 storey red brick farmhouse into a luxurious, exclusive, and contemporary family home. In particular, the alteration of the window proportions and increasing the level of fenestration has been pivotal in changing the overall character of the property. Approached through its own woodland driveway, the entrance facade has been fully remodelled to create an imposing but welcoming gabled frontage, whilst the more highly glazed rear elevation overlooks stylishly landscaped gardens, that channel the eye towards its extensive land and private lake to the rear.

A multitude of interior features include an air-conditioned circular wine cellar, with remote controlled glass lid, a sunken media room with state of-the-art sound system behind pure silk wall linings and a giant full height tropical aquarium within the bar area.

Designed in collaboration with Lauren Matthews Interiors, The exotic internal finishes are of the highest quality and exquisitely detailed throughout.
