Project information was produced using Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology supported by a collaborative project environment. Technical information, specific to all consultant disciplines, was coordinated in a virtual model environment to ensure outcomes on site would be predictable, efficient and effective.
The construction phase was completed to programme with new residents taking occupation the day after completion.
