We are getting ready for the second Land Seminar event, organised by DOMVS, which will take place on Friday 27th April at Athelhampton House. This is the second and final event of the series of seminars that focus on the subject of land development.

Many professionals from the field share the expertise on many aspects of land development, from financial and legal constraints to planning and design options.

James Green will be speaking on this next event, focusing on the early stages of the design process. He will explore how a feasibility study can play a key role in determining land value and viability, and how an early, creative understanding of the site can optimise returns.
