WLA day trip to Oxford

Our office day trip to Oxford

On the 5th of July we left our desks and our computer screens behind and took off for our annual day trip. Destination: Oxford!

We enjoyed a lovely sunny day, with interesting architectural tours and city walks.

Architectural highlights: ZHA’s Investcorp Building at St Antony’s College and Niall McLaughlin’s Bishop Edward King Chapel at Ripon College. Both contemporary buildings, in more traditional setings and both presenting very interesting design elements and architectural qualities, by elegantly playing with light, form, materials, textures, patterns.
