Sheltered apartments in Bromley supports housing choice for London’s aging population.
The proposed development comprises 25 high quality sheltered apartments for the elderly in the London Borough of Bromley. It contributes to the housing supply within the Borough, supporting strategic aims of the London Plan in promoting housing choice, taking account of the changing age and varying needs of London’s older population.
The site is located just outside Hayes Village Conservation Area and the proposals were designed to be in harmony with the surroundings and to enhance the character of the area.
