Modern traditional design with statement glazing and grand lobbies.
The project consisted of 25 high end 5 bedroom houses, 12 affordable apartments and houses and a 75 bed care home. The designs are a modern take on traditional buildings, incorporating large glazed feature windows and double height entrance lobbies.
After numerous years and with a significant amount of public support our team of planning consultants and Architects negotiated the successful planning approval through planning committee.
This was a challenging site due to the constraints posed by a number of significant trees, variations in levels and a portion of the site falling within 400m of SSSI heathland. The layout embraces these constraints and incorporates feature trees amongst the traditional style houses helping achieve a Silvan character to the development.
